Kid-friendly equipment and tennis courts are essential to any 10 and Under Tennis program.
USTA Eastern’s six regions have committed to 10 and Under Tennis growth by increasing the amount of financial support member organizations receive for painting blended lines at their facilities.
The regional grants, combined with grants from the USTA and USTA Eastern, will reimburse tennis facilities for up to 87.5 percent of the cost of painting 36’ and 60’ blended lines. The grants are available in each of Eastern’s six regions – Long Island, Metro, New Jersey, Northern, Southern, and Western.
"These new grants will help build our 10 and Under Tennis Infrastructure and promote higher quality programming in our section", said Larry Dillon, Manager of 10 and Under Tennis for USTA Eastern. "And thanks to the support of the USTA, and USTA Eastern and its six Regions, the cost has been greatly reduced."
In addition, Eastern is also offering an equipment grant for nonprofit organizations. The equipment grant consists of one 18 foot net, tennis tape (used to create additional play areas), six racquets, two dozen balls, two sets of throw down lines and one set of court spots.
All funding is allocated depending on strength of program description supplied below. Grants are available while funds last.

- Attend a 10 and Under Tennis Workshop (for Director and all instructors). Apply To Host a training (must have 20 or more participants) or attend an existing training.
- Eastern will contact you to process grant.
