Starting a Program
Choose a group of individuals that you wish to motivate, inspire, and teach.
Find out what teaching methods are successful for your group.
Assess funding and organizational status.

Are you part of a 501-C-3 (Non-Profit), Public Recreation Department, or larger organization, obtain insurance coverage.
Contact the agency/organization to set a schedule.
Collect adapted equipment, i. e. shorter racquets, foam balls of varying sizes, cloth balls, scarves, balls on string, etc.
Find a location-if court space is too expensive, use a gym/portable net
Find Volunteers-the more help, the better.
